What is short fill?
Essentially, each bottle is filled to 100ml full of juice and in Europe, you would be able to add two 10ml shots of nicotine, due to TPD regulations.
However in Australia, we know the rules but at least it makes it easy for you to top up yourself right? These are not doublers, just add nic only (if you choose).
