We do our best to ship orders with remittance provided prior to a 9:00am (ACST) cut off time if we receive remittance notification prior to 9:00am or you have otherwise organised credit terms.

Local Pick-up is now available to Adelaide Metropolitan customers. Orders that are not picked up and require shipping will incur shipping costs.
Shipping to New Zealand is available via our international courier service with prices starting at $20 for up to 2kg. Due to IATA conventions we cannot ship Lithium Ion Batteries to New Zealand.
Shipping to the rest of the world is available via DHL Express, with shipping rates calculated in realtime during checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your parcel. We do not add any additional packing or handling fees to the DHL Express shipping rates.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email at the moment your order is shipped. We cannot provide tracking information prior to your order shipping.
